  1. That narrow, long pier looks to be no match for that storm – yikes! I’ve been following Michigan Storm Chasers as they stream live (on YouTube and “X”) every time there is severe weather in our state and they had a massive shelf cloud last week they were showing pics of from one of their cameras. That shelf cloud literally looked like it would touch the water, it was so low.

      1. That is an amazing picture of this shelf cloud. It looks like it will descend and crush the Big Mac Bridge any second!. I did not understand the difference between those clouds, so I appreciate that info.
