I found places where they say “The historic Justice & Monroe building in Grand Rapids” but I can’t find any history. Anyone know anything about this very cool looking building?

The Flatiron Building, which was built by Moses V. Aldrich and his father-in-law William B. Ledyard in 1859, was the first commercial building on Monroe Center. The building was home to retail stores and a bank on the first floor and offices and a boarding house upstairs.
