Thanks for sharing. I can remember going in the woods at winter time to get the Maple syrup. Had good memories when I lived in Michigan. I am a tried and true Michigander. 😊✋ You all take care and have a good week. 👍👍

Yeah we used to make syrup when I was a kid. Hard work but I loved it. Here’s a pic of a sap bucket my dad took way back in the day!

I think they were old coffee cans. Not sure. There were about 50 of them in our barn along with all the spiles and boil pans. The farm I grew up at even had a sugaring house for boiling it down!
