This is one of a great set of photos that offers a unique perspective on the Mackinac Bridge. I had a hard time choosing which one to post and I think you’ll probably enjoy the slideshow. If you’re too busy for that, be sure to at least check out this view of the massive concrete supports.

If you’re interested Captain Mike Ratty of the Carolina Barnstormers will be in St. Igance until September.
You can see a video of the pilot and the plane here at a Carolina TV station. The video is kind of long, about ten minutes, but is worth seeing the plane in action.
It’s the best way to fly.

This is a little know treasure. It is definitley worth the minimal fee for this great adventure. I’ve been up on it twice and still want to do it again this summer
